One-on-One Grounding & Nervous System Regulation Guidance

Sometimes your body or mind can feel out of control and your aren’t sure how to help yourself calm the F down. It’s disorienting to feel that way, and painful/frustrating to see it in our kids. If you’re looking for some simple calming tools and techniques you can use anytime and anywhere, this is for you.

Whether you are looking for ways to soothe your anxious feelings, calm your body and mind before an interview or presentation, keep yourself together when someone snaps at you, or improve your focus & decision making clarity, grounding exercises can help. These simple tools help support your well-being by slowing your heart & breath rate, decreasing cortisol (a stress hormone,) and increasing mental & physical relaxation hormones.

If you want some one-on-one detailed guidance so you have options to help you when feeling overwhelmed and stressed, this is a perfect session. We will explore and practice techniques and give you a resource to review as needed.

1 hour session (video or in-person) plus take home resource so you can be fully present and not distracted with taking notes.
